- American Legion State Player of the Year 1995
- Senior year team went 57-8
- 4 year collegiate starter at WVU
- Team won the Big East Championship in 1996
- Currently holds 2 pitching records, and is top 5 is 7 other records
- Second Team All Big East in 1999
- Drafted in 21st round by St. Louis Cardinals in 1999
- AA and AAA All Star
- Teams went on to win 2 Divisional Championships
- Playing for the Phillies (Scranton Wilkes-Barre, AAA) in 2006, threw organizations first ever no hitter against the Twins (Rochester, AAA)
- 2008, retired after playing on bronze medal olympic team at the Beijing Olympics
- Played professionally for: Cardinals, Phillies, Twins, Blue Jays, and Rays organizations
- Fortunate to play in 5 different countries over a 10 year career
Professional Career
- Has been giving lessons to young players for 15+ years
- Developed and molded teachings based on all other players he had been exposed to and learned something from
- Teaches basic mechanics and straight line movements with body control, maximizing the ability to locate pitches
- Coached teams for 3+ seasons and all teams have a win percentage of more than 0.800
