Our Teams
The Rawlings Arkansas Prospects are the premeire baseball organization in the state of Arkansas.
The youth program is ages 7-14 and the High School program is ages 15 -18 .
Youth / High School both play a Spring and Fall season and compete in the top tounaments/events
around the country.
Youth Teams' Goal
The Rawlings Arkansas Prospects Baseball Club is the premiere youth baseball club organization in the state of Arkansas. We offer the highest level of instruction and player development at youth level. Our coaches are either non-parent paid coaches that have had experience at the college level or above; or parent coaches that have had experience at the college level or above!
The Rawlings Arkansas Prospects Baseball Club was established in 2011 to provide the youth of Arkansas a program that will prepare the players for high school by not only teaching them the physical skills that are necessary through training and hard work; but by teaching them mental preparedness!
Since 2011, no Organization has won more tournaments, State Championships, State Runner-Up, or National Championships then the Rawlings Arkansas Prospects Organization!
Since 2013 no Organization in the state of Arkansas has had as many players gain college scholarships as the AR Prospects. We have had over 100+ players go on to play in college, including over 40 D1 players. In just our 3rd year we had our first player drafted out of high school.
Our goal at the youth level is to get every one of our players to make their high school team. Our goal is to have our players more prepared than non-Prospect players so that the high school coaches can spend less time teaching their players fundamentals and focus on teaching their players their own strategy on the game!
Our goal at the high school showcase level is to get every Prospect player a college scholarship through baseball and or academics. We provide our players and parents with a map to achieving this goal through training, recruitment information, contacting coaches and universities, and by helping to create a clear path for success!
High School Teams' Goal
The Rawlings Arkansas Prospects Baseball Club is the premiere showcase baseball club organization in the state of Arkansas. We offer the highest level of instruction and player development at the high school level. Our instructors and coaches have all played at the collegiate or pro level; or are current or former high school coaches!
The Rawlings Arkansas Prospects Baseball Club was established in 2012 to provide the best high school baseball players the opportunity to play and compete with one another on a national stage against the top clubs in the country while showcasing their talent to university and MLB scouts and recruiters.

Staff
All full-time coaches have earned a certification and have
played college-level or professional-level baseball.
Facilities
Training facility with 9 cages dedicated to provide everything a player needs to take their game to the next level.
To fulfill your potential, you need be prepared mentally for success as well as physically. We use classroom style teaching methods and concepts to cover all aspects of the game.
Arm strength and accuracey is key to performance. Pitcher, catcher, infielder or outfielder, our Pro Arm Training classes- and specific throwing programs will make the most of your potential.
